Compass Card Service to Be Restored in Turks and Caicos Islands

 

TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS, January, 2019 – Hallmark Trust Limited (Hallmark) is pleased to announce the resumption of its prepaid Compass card service for Turks and Caicos Islands’ residents. Hallmark will conduct a personal information update of all cardholders. In order to start the update process, Hallmark requests that all cardholders attend at Hallmark office on Leeward Highway, Providenciales. After Hallmark completes this update and review, the Compass card can be reactivated within three to five working days, and the user can start charging and topping up at the Hallmark Office.

Cardholders will need to bring documents to prove identity, address and source of funds. The complete list of required personal information and accompanying form can be downloaded from the Compass card website (www.hallmarktrust.com/) or is also available at the Hallmark office.

“We are working on restoring the service, so that Turks and Caicos Islands’ residents can enjoy access to an international payment network access that the Compass card enables”, said Joseph P. Connolly, Administrator of Hallmark Trust Ltd.

There is no deadline to present the documents to Hallmark’s office, but it is important to highlight that the cards will not be reactivated until the personal information has been received by Hallmark.
